Ingredients	Apple pieces, Hibiscus petals, Elderberry, Currant, Rosehip, Orange pieces, Cornflower petals, Natural flavors
Serving Size	2 heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9 ounces of water. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes according to taste. Please note, the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea.
